Unit spans 24 inch T bar spacing and can be installed in ceilings for one half inch to 2 inches thick. This Six Inch Vertical Fluorescent Housing meets requirement s for Energy Star, and California T 24 and although not rated for through branch, can be daisy chained. For ceiling opening of 6 and seven eights with recessed depth of 7 and one half inch. The plaster frame is 7 and seven eighths x 10 and three quarters with one half inch and three quarters inch pry outs.
